Issue tracking feature request

I have a small group of people working on multiple projects and classes. We basically have a repo for each of our major classes that relate to our projects. I'm sure that's nothing special.

But even in our small instance it would be super helpful if there was an issues page where I can see all the currently active issues, which repo they're in, what the status currently is, and who is responsible for them. I lose track of which projects have issues and which don't. At this point we have about 15 repos making it time consuming to go through them. I can only image what it'd be like for a larger group with an exponential amount more projects than I do.
