Bamboo service builds wrong branch (BB-7308)

The Bamboo service does not work correctly when using a Plan Branch. When a commit is made to a branch, instead of triggering a build of the corresponding plan branch in Bamboo, the main plan is triggered instead.

The Bitbucket service needs to figure out which plan branch to build automatically based on the plan branch's source repository matching the current branch.
