URL linkify handles HTML entities incorrectly (BB-7412)

The web interface fails to parse "www." in commit messages.

The raw bytes are doublequote, w, w, w, ., doublequote
but it shows up as
doublequote, w, w, w, ., ampersand, q, u, o, t, semicolon
