When a pull request gets comments/updates, the (AJAX) reload you should display what has changed (BB-7413)

Crucible does that.

When somebody adds a comment or updates the code, you get a notification at the bottom of the page to reload. However, it's hard to see what has changed. Crucible display in bold the stuff that was changed so that you can much more easily see what has changed during the reload.
