URLs containing UUIDs are recognized incorrectly

For example in this ticket:
https://bitbucket.org/acoustid/acoustid-server/issue/5/fingerprint-not-accepted-by-acoustid

The comments contain URLs like this: http://acoustid.org/track/f359aa4f-a480-4687-ae78-8bb2e9cdf894

But the code doing URL parsing splits it in two; the resulting link points to http://acoustid.org/track/f359aa4f-a480-4687-ae78- and the remaining 8bb2e9cdf894 is parsed as a commit hash.
