UI Submenu Greedy Hover (BB-7487)

In navigation top bar, I often find that after I hover over my profile image and the sub menu opens as I move down and left to access an item I inadvertently enter the focus of the help menu and open that menu - not major but just annoying enough for me to write about it .

Perhaps adding a slight delay before the new sub menu is open if another is active would resolve this.
