Allow me to add issues from the view issues screen

I frequently want to create a bunch of issues at a time. When I create an issue, it takes me to the view issues screen but, if I want to create another issue, I have to go back to the issues summary page. Ideally I'd have the "create issue" button in the view issues screen so that I didn't have to keep going back to the issues summary page.
