Make a better error screen when a repo import has failed (BB-7381)

The repository import screen message isn't updated to something useful when a repo import has failed. This should be changed so that instead of continuing to tell the user "We're getting things warm and cozy for your code.", it should say something like "Your import has failed, please try again."
