We haven't seen this issue before. Can you give us any more information about what happens when you try to delete these messages? Do you get any error, or do they appear to be deleted but then remain in the inbox? Anything else you can tell us about this will help us resolve this issue quickly.

    Thanks, Michael

I open the message or click the check box next to it. I then click "delete". The modal popup pops up and says "0 messages deleted." and the message persists. That's about it.

    Hi Tim,

Looking through the code, it appears that the notification query parameters are not being received by our server. So I would hazard a guess that it is a problem either with our Javascript or with the browser.

Do you see any JS errors when you view the notifications page? Also what browser and operating system are you using?

    Cheers, Brian

No JavaScript errors. I am using the latest FireFox on OS X Mountain Lion. I have no problems deleting other messages. There is only 1 message that refuses to delete.

    Hi Tim,

Ok, I assume then that the id being sent doesn't match what we have in our database. Could you tell us the id or a short description of the notification you are trying to delete so we can investigate it more from our end.

If you are concerned about privacy, you can send us an email to support@bitbucket.org and we will handle this from there.

    Cheers, Brian
