Issue #6338 resolved

News feed is missing commits

Chuck Shnider
created an issue

I've been noticing that there are times when I'll push a set of commits to a repo, and only some of these commits will show up in the news feed as commits I've pushed. The actual commits themselves are visible in the repo, but they don't show up in News Feed.

For instance, the news feed for this repo shows me pushing a commit "6c9038e - Added instructions on installing the mustache command-line processor" 23 days ago, but does not show me pushing this commit, which would have been 16 days ago, and I would have expected it to show up in the repo's news feed.

    Hi Chuck,

Over the past weeks, we have had some intermittent problems with our events system. This has led to some events being lost.

We are actively looking into the problem and at this stage the events are working as they should.

Unfortunately, there is no way to get the events back into your news feed.

    Cheers, Brian
