Issue #6540 resolved

Access management doesn't load on Firefox (BB-8992)

Marcelino Jorge Romero
created an issue

When i click on "Administration" -> "Access management" or on "Administration" -> "Username aliases" doesn't load. Only shows me the "Loading..." message and stays there for ever. On Chrome works normally. This error wasn't always present. Formerly was working but the process was very slow.

Does it take a long time to load that page (any page that needs more than 30 seconds to load gets killed on the server, so you may be hovering close to that loading time)?

Which browser are you using? Could you open it's web inspector / developer tools equivalent, open the network tab and load the page again, so we can see how long it takes, as well as the kind of error it returns should it fail again?

Not at all. Actually takes 2sec max to load the page on Firefox but somehow the script behind wasn't able to execute the Ajax call. Maybe is crashing somehow after a period of time (just guessing).

Oh sorry i didn't check it when happened. If i face it again i will re-open the issue and i will provide more information. Just for the record updated my ubuntu and firefox then i restarted the browser and after that i had the problem. Finally i restarted again and all was in place.

I am having this problem as well. In both Firefox and Chrome it happens, no matter how many times I reload the page.

It's funny because I am almost sure it works on my home computer, but not on my work one. I will make sure once I get there.

The main.js file just ends all of a sudden. D=

I'm pretty sure this was caused by a truncated js file that our CDN was serving in certain parts of the world.

We've re-uploaded the files and so give it another go.
