Saving the "Branch management" settings doesn't display a confirmation message. (BB-7837)

I've noticed that, unlike other repo settings pages like "Repository details", the Branch management page doesn't display a confirmation message after clicking the Save button. This is a frustrating user experience issue, because the only indicator that you've even clicked the button, let alone successfully saved your settings, is the browser's "page loading" animation, which is often non-obvious.
