charcode error for rus and possibly others

character code error
when download http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Kw8dcb8iKSM&feature=PlayList&p=A37FEC95561D0C78&index=0&playnext=1 starting with the video Kw8dcb8iKSM, everthing is fine but the playlist includes a russian coded video which is http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yAvDC6BqbYQ&feature=PlayList&p=A37FEC95561D0C78&index=1 starting with video yAvDC6BqbYQ , so when downloading video yAvDC6BqbYQ , it gives error..i tried editing your code at lines 22-26 but i couldnt manage.can u plz fix it by converting all codes to english by saving, or by adding all lang codes?
