Complete follow of a repository without manual visit is currently impossible?

I can't seem to find a way to completely follow a repository without checking recent activities directly - emails are missing issue replies (short of watching every single issues), follower changes, etc and feed only showing recent commits.

I also don't remember ever seeing any notification on wiki updates.
