Notification e-mails seem to rely on From address to identify account (BB-7893)

BitBucket's issue tracker seems to encode no account information in the message itself, meaning that attempts to reply by e-mail will probably break on my system where none of my From addresses match the alias I gave with my account.

I'd suggest doing as GitHub does and including a hash in the Reply-To address which identifies the thread and me.
