notifications ceased mysteriously

I have stopped receiving notifications from our issue tracker, though I still receive commits to the same repository. I have gone in and disabled/re-enabled my personal email notifications for my account and for the specific repositories in question, and have checked spam filters/folders.

Any clue? This happened March 22 at approximately noon EST.
