remote: ImportError: cannot import name managedrepo

When trying to push changes to the repo raymii/book I get the following error in my terminal:

remy at gateway in ~/repo/ansibook (master)
$ git push

I get this since yesterday evening, and still have it. This is my git version: $ git --version git version (Apple Git-37)

Running on OS X 10.8 with macports.
