Cannot resend invitations (BB-8102)

When trying to resend developer invitations nothing appears to happen. When investigating the AJAX call, I notice it's sending a PUT request and the server responds with "Only GET and DELETE requests are supported."

Also, if you click the "X" to delete a user, it doesn't ask for a confirmation.
