Forward commit as an extra service

Well, there's a project I'm about to start that will also be hosted on google code. I was wondering if there could be a "Service" for forwarding the commits done to another service. If the commit cannot be done, add the option to force commit onto the forwarded repository or email the conflict.

This would also be really nice for a distributed team workflow, i.e., there is a bitbucket team for bug fixes, another one for features, another one for usability, all forwarding to an integration repository.
