Invite multiple users after migration (BB-6214)

spent the time to follow the poor ondemand to bitbucket instructions.. got the authors all setup and that part worked..

now I have these "unmapped" users in GIT.. with no "click to invite" user or anything else that's easy to resolve the situation.. nor can I find anything to bulk invite a list of users to the team..

If this isn't automatic (why not?) this should at least be a lot easier to add users as part of the ondemand to bitbucket transition
