For users with multiple email addresses, allow address selection on a per-repository basis

Since we can configure multiple email addresses in our account settings, it would be useful for us to be able to subscribe to a certain repository with a certain email addresses. For example, I have work repositories and personal repositories associated with my Bitbucket account. I would like all emails from my work repositories (issues, commits, pull requests etc.) to be sent to my work address and all emails from my personal repositories to be sent to my personal address. For the time being, you can use the mailing list feature for issues to get new issue notifications for a repository, but it looks to be limited to that alone, unfortunately.
