Show issue name first (BB-8615)

Now it shows

company-name / project-name  / issues  / issue-name  - Bitbucket

The result is that all the tabs with open issues look the same, there is no way to distinguish them, because they all truncate title until only company-name is visible.

I suggest reversing this hierarchy for usability sake.
