Default .hgignore on repo creation

I need setting default .hgignore for new repos, created at bitbucket.org.

For example, by creating repo i can mark a checkbox "include default .hgignore", and it will added automatically in included initial commit.

This is to reduce the number of the same manual steps in creating the repository, for example, to exclude *.pyc files from the processing of about Python, etc.
