bitbucket git repo can not be accessed from China anymore

Hi,

Started from May 20th, we can not access git repo (https) from China anymore. Not sure if there is anything you can do, but I recalled I used godaddy before. The websites hosted on godaddy can be blocked from time to time. When this happened, normally I can call godaddy and they will fix the problem in several hours. Not sure how they did this though.
