HTML headers ID generation in markdown files (BB-8651)

When bitbucket parses md-files it auto-assigning ids for header elements. If these elements are in english, then all is ok, but if its in russian, I get nothing. In what way I can assign proper IDs to headers in markdown files? Thanx.
