Forgot a quotation mark

Looks like the echo command is missing a closing quotation mark at the end. Not a big deal but also an easy fix.

2ndly, it would be nice if the report a bug link and a contact us link were on the home page so that I don't have to go to the blog link to report a blog, I almost ended up posting this on your twitter feed because I didn't see the report a bug link right away.
