Unable to add ssh key to repository with special characters (BB-8714)

For testing purposes I’ve created a repository "Funnü ChAraxt%" to find out how Bitbucket translates the name into the URL. When I try to add an ssh key through the API I get a 500 error when I post to "https://bitbucket.org/api/1.0/repositories/codeship/funn-charaxt/deploy-keys". As far as I know, this should be the correct URL though.
