Wrong link for deleted repositories in dashboard (BB-5951)

Hi bitbucket team,

The entry for a deleted repository in the dashboard overview has an invalid link target. The link with the repository name points to user Dashboard.
However, I would have expected it to either not be a link (as in stripped commits) or to point to the former repository page (with the new link for the repository).
