css through cloudfront not loading (BB-8787)

css through cloudfront i.e. https://d3oaxc4q5k2d6q.cloudfront.net/m/55cc1be7c571/compressed/css/2dea3ec8cac0.css is dropping connection.

Started for me here in southern Missouri USA about 2 weeks ago. I had a road trip for 10 days and tonight same thing. I've tried two different computers and different ip addresses. No joy.j

Symptoms are unstyled content. (have to fish around to find things.)
