Clicking "cancel" on comments does not require any confirmation (BB-8884)

Due to the close proximity of the links, if I have skipped my morning coffee it's possible for me to accidently click "cancel" instead of "submit", causing me to entirely lose my comment. A bit of confirmation would help prevent me from briefly cursing at my own stupidity.
