Unable to import from SVN

When I try to import either from Google Code or SVN, I get this error:

fatal: No existing author found with 'crocboy'
08:37:38 Unable to convert svn checkout to git
08:37:38 Svn checkout failed: <class 'bitbucket.apps.async.tasks.ImportException'>: Command failed. Return value: 128

In the case of importing an SVN repo, I also put in valid credentials.
