Write access disabled to my repository?

Hi there. Bitbucket stopped allowing one of my team members to push changes with the following error:

Pushing to git@bitbucket.org:giganticplanet/geek-parents.git

conq: the account owner 'giganticplanet' has exceeded their user limit - write access is disabled to the repository 'geek-parents'.

fatal: The remote end hung up unexpectedly

How can this be resolved? We created one new account for a web service which triggered this error - and after that message was received we removed an unnecessary team member from the repo.

What else is there to do??
