Put labels in inbox like: unread/direct/issues/forks/etc

At the moment the inbox is very cluttered and it's hard to find all my unread messages for example.. or just the direct messages because they are more important than all the forks.

Not sure how far you want to attack it, but it's important to be able to get all the unread messages or all the direct messages as well.
