Can't enable issue tracking in a repo

I can't get the save button to actually save the issues setting for this repo:
https://bitbucket.org/cdomenech/aav/admin/issues

The page reloads but the option is never stored as "Private issue tracker", and the issues tracking are not enabled.
I guess this could be b/c the repo was created by importing from SVN using your online SVN importer.
