Link commits to other issue-services

I think it would be great if we able to link isue numbers in commit messages to other websites, like redmine-instances or installations of TheBugGenie. Let me explain:

Commit message: "Added this feature, fixed BCLOUD-5"
-> BCLOUD-5 should be a configurable link to an own service, like example.com/issues/5 for this example.

Of course, bitbucket issue tracking is great, but in some ways we need our own software.
