Hide insignificant whitespace in pull requests

For large code reviews where a minority of the lines changed were significant but a lot of whitespace trimming occurred in the commit it becomes very difficult to make use of the diff the pull request displays.

As a side note, I'm recently used to Crucible which had this feature (which was 'on' by default). It would improve the usefulness of Bitbucket pull requests immeasurably!
