Clone command is not updated in default Home of wiki when repo is renamed (BB-9176)

Bitbucket creates a default wiki "Home" page with content that includes a clone command. If the wiki is enabled first and then the repository name is changed, the command is left out of date (and is therefore incorrect).

E.g, if the repo was named name_of_repository and later renamed name_of_repo, the clone command in the wiki Home will still say:

$ hg clone https://bitbucket.org/user/name_of_repository/wiki

which will not work.
