Changing a Pull Request source with the same branch name doesn't update the diff/commits shown (BB-9150)

When creating a pullrequest, it defaults to submitting to your forked repository, when selecting the source repository, the preview of which commits are included in the pull request aren't updated.

Workaround: on the pull request page, the correct set of commits is displayed.
