Images URL in READMEs aren't resolved correctly if I visit a repo without the trailing slash (BB-9185)

Visting https://bitbucket.org/atlassian/atlassian-connect-play-java leads to this:

The URL of the 'image' is then https://bitbucket.org/atlassian/raw/master/public/img/ac-home-page.png which obviously 404. Note that the name of the repo is gone from the URL.

Visiting https://bitbucket.org/atlassian/atlassian-connect-play-java/ leads to the expected behavior:

The URL of the image is then https://bitbucket.org/atlassian/atlassian-connect-play-java/raw/master/public/img/ac-home-page.png
