Private repository but public "Downloads" tab/single download link?

      Hello,
      I would like to have Private repository but public "Downloads" tab/single download link, that can be accessed by anyone without login? For eg:
      https://bitbucket.org/ALIENQuake/myfunctions/downloads\\
      or
      https://bitbucket.org/ALIENQuake/myfunctions/downloads/MyFunctions.zip

      Can you consider such feature in you "Free" hosting plan? I think that it won't change the way how people use Private Repos but it might help distributing projects to the community. Thanks
