Commit Search with "#" character (BB-9297)

Hi,

In the "commits" list, when I make a search using the "#" character, it returns nothing. For example, if I search for "#2", or "Issue BCLOUD-2".

It's like the "#" character is some kind of "special", that's ignored. In the "Issues" page, the same search works just fine.
