Unable to use same email address while creating different teams.

I need to create multiple teams for my projects but their ownership belongs to same guy.

I want to create all teams using that single email address and add different users to individual teams.

If I try to repeat email address for another team I get error message as "<emailAddress> is already in use by another user."
