Unable to register from home page and simple-signup page

To register into BitBucket, I've filled form on home page and clicked on "Sign up for free" and the I've been taken to "https://bitbucket.org/account/simple-signup/" where it was continuously taking me to the same page with registering and not even showing me any error message (please find screenshot attached).
