Bitbucket hangs while merging pull request...

Hi, I am having issues when merging pull requests... the process just hangs in there and never ends...

This problem is is specific to a repository, it works fine in the others...

The support e-mail address is not working.. suppport@bitbucket.org rejects all e-mail, how can I contact Bitbucket to get support ?

I do not want to publish here specific information about my repository/branches...
