Include repo name in email body / details (BB-9512)

    Description

      Currently the title of the repo you are receiving email from (be it a Resolved issue, comment, etc.) is only in the title of the email.

      My attached screenshot shows my email view in Postbox at half the screen size of a 27" iMac. I'm sure in wider instances, only having the repo name in the title works fine, but it'd be nice to see it in the details of the email as well.
