Connections are being refused By Bitbucket.org even after adding private key

I am getting a connection refused when I try to connect, or push or pull to the repot. I did add my private keys. I was able to prior, and it just "stopped working"

jivebkf@bkfbuilders.com /.ssh# ssh -Tv git@bitbucket.org I get:
