Hooks support for wikis (BB-1824)

It would be handy if the wiki for a repo could be set to notify HipChat like any other repo. If there's a way to do this, I'm having a hell of a time finding it.

The HipChat Bitbucket Connector gives an error if I specifically try to target a wiki, but targeting the wiki's parent repo doesn't post wiki updates.

I can't find anywhere to add a hook to the wiki repo, either.

This would be extremely useful for my team's workflow because we use a Bitbucket wiki for our internal process documentation.

I am also would like to vote for this feature. In particular it would allow to implement Slack integration for wiki updates. (Current Slack integration works only for repository commits).

Any news on this? We've been using the BitBucket Wiki to manage user documentation within a few apps (adding the wiki as submodule within the app itself) so a webhook we can user to leverage git submodule update would mean we can make changes to the Wiki within BitBucket and have them automatically pulled into the app.
