Renaming a Repository breaks "Recent activity"

The Renaming of a Repository breaks the "Recent activity" stream.

Fairly easy to reproduce:

• Create a new Repo
• Generate some activity in it so it comes up in the "Recent Activity" panel in the "Overview" page
• Rename the Repo
• Go back to the "Overview" page, note the "Recent Activity" panel now says "Nothing to see here, move along."
