ssh -T logs in to incorrect, previously deleted account

My username is programmarchy. This is my .ssh/config:

Host bitbucket
Hostname bitbucket.org
IdentityFile ~/.ssh/id_rsa_bitbucket

When I ssh:

ssh -T git@bitbucket.org

logged in as peppered.

It logs in as peppered. I created that with donald.ness@gmail.com, the same email address attached to programmarchy. But the peppered account was deleted. It seems like there's a stale email entry for an old user?

Help, because I'm having trouble pushing to my team's repository.
