Provide a help of the markup that the Issue Description box uses (BB-9594)

      This box (the description box) that I'm typing these words into right now, it seems to support some markup (creole?) because if I surround text with 3 asterisks it becomes bold and italic

      Please change the HTML of the "create issue" page so it has somewhere a link or popup that provides me info on the markup the Description box accepts
